By opting in to SMS from Justice 4 Elders — whether through a web form, paper form, verbal consent, or any other channel — you agree to these SMS Terms of Service and to receive SMS messages from Justice 4 Elders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
1. SMS Consent Communication
The phone numbers and SMS consent obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Justice 4 Elders, you may receive messages related to the following (where applicable):
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Billing inquiries
Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with [Doctor’s name] at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Justice 4 Elders at any time.”
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your appointments or account status.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Justice 4 Elders verbally, during a phone call. The consent language used is:
“Do you agree to receive text messages from Justice 4 Elders regarding appointment reminders, follow-ups, and billing inquiries? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. 6. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
