Courtney Glickman

Courtney is an attorney with deep experience in family law and a strong focus on elder neglect and elder abuse. Over the past decade, she has handled complex divorces, child custody matters, spousal support, the division of multi-million dollar estates, and the creation of pre- and post-marital agreements. Today, she brings that same dedication to protecting older adults who have been neglected, mistreated, or taken advantage of.

Since no two cases are alike, Courtney takes the time to meet with clients to understand their unique goals and then builds a strategy to achieve them. She has a skillset that makes her well-suited to help clients navigate even the most difficult issues and advocate for them in court. Her ability to simplify complex legal processes has proven invaluable, guiding countless families through divorces quickly and efficiently — work that earned her recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

As someone who has navigated the divorce process with her children in California, Courtney compassionately strives to ease the uncertainties families face during hard transitions. She has walked in her clients' shoes and knows how to be supportive and thoughtful throughout a case.

Whether an older adult has been neglected in a care facility, financially exploited, or denied the dignity and safety they deserve, Courtney approaches each case with persistence and a determination to hold negligent parties accountable. She believes that how we care for our most vulnerable family members reflects our deepest values — and she's committed to giving elders and their families a strong voice.

Though she was born and raised in New York City, Courtney attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, CA, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude. She was an active member of the Whittier Law Review and was published in their national journal. Courtney received her bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Tulane University in New Orleans.
